An electric bicycle is powered by battery and is preferred and chosen by more and more people these days. Many people would like to select electric bikes rather than regular cars or bikes as electric bike is eco-friendly and has various benefits. Nonetheless, every coin has two sides. Electric bicycles also have some drawbacks.

Benefits

A fat tire ebike have various benefits and in this post I want to mention some of them:

• It can help you to save money: Just visualize that if you have an electric bicycle, you don't have to purchase costly gasoline or petrol and a huge garage to park your car. Apart from this, you don't have to spend money on car repair and other services. All these will help you to save a considerable amount of money.

• You won't sweat while riding it: While riding a rad ebike, you won't have to put much effort. Therefore you won't get sweaty while reaching your destination. This benefit can be more apparent when summer comes or when you are planning to travel a long journey.

• It is safe and quiet: Unlike scooters and cars which have noisy engines, electric bicycle offers you a serene environment as the motor is mostly silent.

Drawbacks

• Battery expenses: We all know that electric bicycles are powered by batteries and all the batteries have beneficial time. Therefore when the battery of the bike gets old, we should purchase a new one. Nonetheless, the old batteries pollute the ambiance heavily and the new battery expenses may be high.

• Heavy in weight: generally speaking, an electric bicycle is heavy and some inexpensive ones might be heavier as they utilize lead acid batteries. Therefore, if the battery runs out of the way, it will be hard for you to pedal.
